APT Hanoi Billions 2023 Vietnam's Schedule Features a Staggering 96 Events!
Anyone heading to the APT Hanoi Billions in Vietnam this December is in for a real treat. Not only are there a staggering 96 events and satellites in all shapes, sizes, and formats for players to get their teeth into, but there is tons to see and do in the area surrounding the Hanoi National Convention Center.
The APT Hanoi Billions runs from December 1-10, and the festival has 60 billion ($2.5 million) in combined guaranteed prize pools. A whopping 25 billion ($1 million) of that impressive sum is reserved for the Main Event, which is sure to be attended by players not only from Asia but the world over.

Hotels Local to the APT Hanoi Billions
There are so many tournaments and satellites on the 2023 APT Hanoi Billions schedule that you’ll need somewhere to rest your weary head at the end of a long day at the tables. Thankfully, there are plenty of hotel options close to the Hanoi National Convention Center, and some of them are quite luxurious.
The JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi is a five-star hotel located a mere 15-minute walk from the festival’s venue. Prices start at $230 per night. The Grand Plaza is also five-star rated and a 15-minute walk away. It starting prices come in at $140, and inclue breakfast.
Where to Eat
The Hanoi National Convention Center has an onsite restaurant, but the foodies among you are spoiled for choice if you want to eat out during the dinner breaks or on a well-deserved day off. You’ll find Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Western food nearby.
Some of the eateries suggested by the APT include the John Anthony Cantonese Grill at the HW Marriot, and the Kumihimo Restaurant, also at the JW Marriot. The 3 Spoons restaurant, Pho Bat Da 37, Tam Chay Vegan Restaurant, and Longue 19: Bistro & Golf also come highly recommended.
Let Them Entertain You
The APT Players Party is the highlight of the entertainment offered during the APT Hanoi Billions, so make yourself available from 10:00 p.m. on December 7. If you can’t wait until then, you should head to the Ta Hein Beer Street at the Hanoi Old Quarter, a bustling nightspot with more bars and restaurants than you could shake a stick at. You’ll need a taxi, as it is a 30-minute drive away, but it is worth making the effort.
