There has been plenty of holiday poker action on Global Poker as the site is winding down its 25 Days of Poker running throughout the month of December with prizes ranging from Global Poker sweaters to Global Poker mittens.

The series, running Dec. 1-31, has consisted of daily spins and freerolls and culminated with two Home For the Holidays Main Events on Dec. 26 with Gold Coins 40,000,000 and Sweeps Coins 250,000 in guaranteed prizes. The Home For The Holidays Main Event GC 40,000,000 Guaranteed 1R1A drew 446 players and had GC 13,894,335 up top for the winner. The Sweeps Coin event had no problem smashing the guarantee with a field of 2,150. “Troopaloop10” took down the top prize of SC 51,534.45 after defeating second-place finisher “Poker_aresenist”, who earned SC 38,707.38 for the runner-up finish.

Others at the final table include “JEOCD” (3rd - SC 27,463.50), “Flush634” (6th - SC 11,146.95) and “Bonobinho” (9th - SC 3,101.76).
