Sunday Million Season Gets Underway March 10 With PokerStars Adding Women's Sunday Tickets

As February drew to a close, PokerStars unveiled the Sunday Million Season, a six-week celebration of online poker’s most iconic tournament. Featuring 23 episodes before April 21, the PokerStars Sunday Million Season has tournaments with buy-ins of $5.50 to $530, and guaranteed prize pools worth up to $8 million!
The first three episodes of the PokerStars Sunday Millions Series will air on March 10, and the worthy champions will be crowned.
At 1:05 p.m., Episode 00 – The Prologue, gets underway. Three Prologue events with buy-ins of $11, $55, and $215, and guarantees worth $50,000, $150,000, and $125,000, serve as the season’s curtain raiser.
That trio of events are followed up two hours later at 3:05 p.m. GMT with the $3.30, $33, and $320 No-Limit Hold’em PKO Season Kick-Off events before the biggest tournament of the night, a $109 buy-in PKO edition of the Sunday Million wraps up the week’s action.
To give you an idea of what to expect from the March 10 Sunday Million, think back to last week’s tournament. British player “bsmartplayer” came out on top of a 10,417-strong crowd and walked away with $93,277, with $39,112 stemming from the progressive bounties they collected along the way. Special edition Sunday Millions often attract larger crowds, and the March 10 installment is definitely special.
