Seven years later, Watson won the 2023 EPT Monte Carlo Main Event for $825,731 to become just the third player in poker history to earn live EPT Main Event titles.

Brian Altman
Biography Brian Altman is an American poker player. He is a three-time World Poker Tour (WPT) Main Event champion. He has also won three WSOP Circuit rings, most recently in February 2022. In June 2022, he won his first WSOP bracelet in the $400 NLHE Online Event for $110,662. Altman started playing poker in high school after watching Chris Moneymaker win the WSOP Main Event. His first WPT title came in 2015 winning the Lucky Hearts Poker Open for $723,000.
